When you're ready to kick off our partnership, simply complete the deposit invoice and sign the contract, and we'll start creating your dream play space!
Before we dive into our first official meeting, we’ll ask you to complete a few preparatory tasks.

We’ll need you to fill out a brief questionnaire about your family and objectives, share some photos and videos of your space, and provide measurements.
​
You can provide measurements via blueprints, architectural drawings, or by scheduling a measurement session with a local professional arranged by us.

This is when the magic begins! We’ll brainstorm together and learn more about you and your family through a in person meeting or a zoom call.
Project Kick-Off:

We’ll present several floor plans and design concepts to help define the direction of your project. This is where we spark creativity and collaborate to come up with unique, innovative ideas!

After the concept meeting, we'll touch base for additional design feedback and to clarify the direction.
Concept Presentation:

We will spearhead the project’s implementation, coordinating the contractor’s tasks, managing equipment purchases, and overseeing deliveries.
We’ll support you in selecting and collaborating with contractors, trades, and specialty vendors to bring your vision to life, whether it's for climbing walls, monkey bars, tiny houses or forts.
Design Development:

Get ready for the big reveal! You’ll see your entire space transformed through 3D renderings and all product selections.

After a few days to review your design, we’ll have a brief meeting to discuss your feedback.
Design Presentation:

We’ll make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback from the Design Presentation. You’ll receive a Revisions Package, and we'll meet again to discuss any further feedback if needed.

Finally, we’ll prepare your Design Deliverables to support a smooth installation experience, which might include a technical package for your contractor or a clickable shopping list.
